How to get there

Taking a train
I would assume that you are in the Bangkok the capital city of Thailand ,then the most convenient and cheapest ways to visit Lopburi is by taking a train (Northern route) normally, there are three classes of the train in Thailand the one is a ordinary train which is the slowest and stop at every stations and you and get the free ticket for this one.The second one is a faster train called rapid train which is stop only a big station and you have to pay for the fee and the ticket price about 100 baht. The last one is the express train which is stop only province's station for example ,from Bangkok then Ayuddhaya, Lopburi etc.
Tips if you are not in a hurry and have enough time taking a free train would be an interesting which is taking about 3 hours to reach Lopuri station.
If you would like to check for the train time table just click on this link http://www.railway.co.th/English/Time_PDF.asp
Things you should know

The distance from BKK to Lopburi is around 140Km. ,so it take about 3 hours to get to Lopburi by ordinary train
The train normally is a lot of passengers and the seat might be not available for everyone ,so standing on the train is a normal thing in Thailand
